Time Loop explores the concept of cyclical time through the language of organic growth and transformation. The structure’s form evokes a living organism—stretching, looping, and continuously evolving. Two orange, moon-like shapes on each side represent the loop itself, while the purple central body suggests an endless cycle of enclosure and return.

At the center, a small fan functions as a symbolic stopwatch—reminding viewers of the inescapable rhythm of time and the subtle anxiety of repetition.

Throughout its development, the work underwent multiple transformations: it was first painted entirely in purple, then covered with layers of paper cuttings, and finally refined through a rope-based surface treatment that introduced texture, depth, and a sense of tracking or motion. This gradual evolution mirrors the core idea of the piece—time as both process and constraint, constantly reshaping itself.
